Terms of service.

By signing in you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to form a contract in your jurisdiction, and you must give us accurate information. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account — keep your wallet and credentials safe.

Don't do things that will cause us or others harm:

• Don't use the service for gambling, betting, or real-money casino operations. Kleidon is explicitly not a gambling platform.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the network, deanonymise users, or attack validator / attestor nodes.
• Don't upload content that's illegal where you live, or that violates someone's IP.
• Don't try to trick the system into minting NFTs you don't own or claiming $LGT you're not entitled to.

Accounts that violate this get suspended. Severe violations get banned and, where applicable, referred to authorities.

The Ligate devnet is early software. Things will break. Data may be reset. Testnet $LGT has no monetary value. Don't put real value on the devnet. We target production readiness for mainnet; until then, treat everything as experimental.

$LGT is a utility token used for gas, staking, and governance on the Ligate Network. It is not a security. It does not represent equity in Ligate Labs. Purchasing or earning $LGT is not an investment in a company.

Mainnet $LGT has not launched. Anyone claiming to sell pre-launch $LGT is running a scam.

The Ligate brand, logo, and product names are ours. The protocol, smart contracts, and SDK source are licensed under open-source licences published alongside each repo. Anything you create using the platform (prompts, NFTs, tokens you deploy) is yours — we take no ownership of your content.

The service is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uptime, correctness, or fitness for any purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ligate Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

If there's an actual dispute, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you've paid us in the prior twelve months (or USD $100 if you haven't paid us anything).

We'll update these terms before mainnet and as the product evolves. Material changes get announced on the blog at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
