Privacy notice.

We collect the minimum data we need to run the service. Today that means:

• Account data. Email address and wallet address via Privy when you sign in, plus any profile info you choose to add.
• Usage data. Aggregate product analytics (pages viewed, SDK calls, dashboard actions). We use this to improve the product and debug issues.
• On-chain data. Anything you submit to the Ligate chain (receipts, transactions, staking actions) is public on-chain by design. We don't control it once it's there.

We don't sell personal data. We don't build advertising profiles.

We use the data you give us to:

• Authenticate you, via Privy, when you return.
• Serve you the product (dashboard, API, SDK, faucet, explorer).
• Communicate product updates (release notes, incident notifications, security advisories). You can unsubscribe from non-critical emails anytime.
• Debug and improve. Aggregate usage analytics help us find what's broken and what's underused.
• Comply with legal obligations when we're required to (subpoenas, tax, AML).

We use a small number of trusted processors and nothing else:

• Privy — auth (email / wallet sign-in).
• Cloud hosting — infrastructure providers for our services and databases.
• Analytics — privacy-respecting product analytics (no cross-site tracking).

We don't share personal data with third parties for their own marketing. If we ever need to add a processor, the list above gets updated.

Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regimes, you can ask us to:

• Export a copy of everything we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your account and the off-chain data tied to it. (On-chain data is immutable and can't be deleted by design.)
• Object to specific processing.

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences (theme, selected chain). We don't use third-party ad cookies. We don't use cross-site trackers.
